4. WhatsApp Communications

If you contact us through WhatsApp or receive WhatsApp messages from us, you acknowledge that:

• your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms and policies;
• message delivery may depend on network conditions, device settings, and third-party platform availability;
• we may store message content, metadata, timestamps, and delivery status for operational, support, and recordkeeping purposes;
• you are responsible for maintaining access to the phone number you use to communicate with us.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
• interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services;

Vittaxi and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, design elements, logos, text, graphics, and related content, except for content you submit or content owned by third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services unless we give you written permission or applicable law permits it.

If you send us messages, files, or other content, you grant Vittaxi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, transmit, and process that content as necessary to operate, improve, and support the Services, comply with law, and protect our rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vittaxi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100) if no such payment was made.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vittaxi, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and post the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Vittaxi is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
